Hi,
My name is Billy, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a hard working 25 year old man, who's not afraid to get his hands dirty. I am a currently a college student majoring in Information Technology: Networking Specialist.
A few years ago, that's when it hit me, vintage clothing. I've always been a fan of antiquities and have had a real interest in the different cultural clothing trends brought by each generation. I have always had a knack for identifying authentic vintage items and apparel. So, i decided to put my talent to use and gather all the amazing vintage clothing I had acquired over the years (and still to this day) and offer it to the world. I am new to ecrater, but not new to the scene ;) I have had a few years on another popular trade site but have disagreements with their sellers policies, so I am venturing here.
The items that i offer are truly unique and are very rare to come across. Now, more than ever, i have resources which allow me to continuously fill my store and offer to you.
These items you are seeing are from the Metropolitan Detroit area, and that's where the name came from, the-metro-retro... it fits. I acquire these items from "thrifting" and various ways of hunting and bargaining, so therefore they are literally from the area itself.
Some items you will see me modeling, only if they fit me perfect is when i will model them. I am pretty picky when selecting pieces to stock in my store and that is why I always leave the description with... Always expect the coolest fashions from the-metro-retro!
